Dementia Coordinator/Social Service:
Responsible for all activities that occur within the Dementia Unit ensuring that operations are conducted in a manner that promotes the well-being of each resident. This includes planning, implementing, recording, and problem solving in such areas as resident care, staff training and supervision, as well as building and maintaining family and community relationships.

Candidate must have the following:
  • Computer and MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
  • Promote and facilitate team work
  • Demonstrate a high standard of ethics
  • Dependability
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service

  • Certified Dementia Practitioner Preferred
  • 12 hour Dementia /memory care annual training
  • Bachelors Level in Human Service Field, Masters Preferred
